Our Commitment
We strive to provide exceptional nutrition coaching services. If you're not satisfied, we want to make it right. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms to ensure transparency and fairness.
Refund Eligibility by Service Type
One-on-One Coaching Programs
Multi-session personalized coaching packages
Before First Session
Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before your first scheduled session
Before First Session
50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before your first session
Before First Session
No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before first session
After Program Starts: Refunds are prorated based on unused sessions, minus a 20% administrative fee. Requests must be made within 30 days of program start.
Group Coaching Programs
Community-based coaching sessions
- 14+ days before start: Full refund
- 7-13 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
Note: Group programs are non-refundable once started due to the cohort-based nature of the service.
Single Consultations
One-time consultation sessions
- 48+ hours before: Full refund
- 24-47 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
Rescheduling: You may reschedule once without penalty with 24+ hours notice.
How to Request a Refund

We'll review your request within 2-3 business days and confirm your refund eligibility.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies
In case of serious illness or medical emergency (with documentation), we may offer full refunds or program pauses regardless of standard policy.
Service Issues
If we fail to deliver services as promised or you experience significant service issues, contact us immediately for resolution or refund.
Coach Cancellations
If we need to cancel or reschedule your session, you'll receive full credit or the option to reschedule at no penalty.
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products and downloadable resources (once accessed)
- Completed coaching sessions
- Administrative and processing fees
- Third-party service fees (payment processing, etc.)
- Promotional or discounted packages (unless otherwise stated)

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your one-on-one coaching program within the first 30 days and have attended at least 2 sessions, we'll work with you to make it right or provide a partial refund for unused sessions.
